Maja Popović

Maja Popović urodzona we Wrocławiu w 1981 roku.  Absolwentka  Akademi Sztuk Pięknych w Łodzi na wydziale Tkaniny i Ubioru. Zajmuje się malarstwem, ilustracją książkową oraz projektowaniem ubioru.

W swoim malarstwie  łączy style w dowolnej formie, często nawiązując do form organicznych oraz tożsamości człowieka. Ogromny nacisk kładzie na kolor i ekspresję formy. W swoim dorobku ma kilka wystaw w Polsce i za granicą ( Niemcy, Irlandia).

A new exhibition of a talented Polish artist Maja Popovic
is now open at the Gallery 113 
in Lodz (Piotrkowska 113).

The exhibition lasts from 7th September till 30st September 2011. It opens daily 10 a.m. – 18 p.m. Admittance free. Paintings available for sale at a fair price.

Maja Popović

Maja Popovic was born in Wroclaw, she graduated from the famous Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz (Poland). She is a painter, book illustrator and a fashion designer.

In her paintings she mixes different styles, puts a strong emphasis on color and expressiveness of the artistic form, trying at the same to explore a fairylike nature of humans' life. Her works were exhibited at several exhibitions both in Poland and abroad.
